Full Job Description

KPI Traffic Control is on the hunt for rail ticketed crews to join us across the Inland Rail corridor —Eurora.

Got your rail tickets? Want to roll with the best gear and the sharpest crews on the corridor? This is your shift.

Roles open now (rail ticketed only):

Traffic Controllers — current Victorian traffic ticket.
Team Leaders — current Victorian traffic ticket.
Pod Truck Operators — current VIC traffic ticket + HR Licence.
TMA Operators — current VIC traffic ticket + HR Licence + RIIRTM301E.

Mandatory requirements:

Victorian traffic tickets — current valid tickets accepted:

RIIWHS205E — Control Traffic with Stop-Slow Bat (valid until 1 Feb 2027).
RIIWHS302E — Implement Traffic Management Plans (valid until 1 Feb 2027).
RIISS00057 — Work Zone Traffic Management Skill Set.
RIISS00058 — Traffic Controller Skill Set.
RIISS00059 — Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set.

Heavy vehicle / TMA:

RIIRTM301E — Operate Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA Operators only).
HR Licence — required for Pod Truck and TMA Operators.
Current Australian driver's licence.

Rail — non-negotiable for all rail projects:

Metro Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
Safely Access the Rail Corridor — SARC / SWIRC (TLIF0020).
Category 3 Rail Medical (current or able to obtain).
V/Line accreditation — desirable.

General construction & safety:

White Card — Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry.
HLTAID011 — Provide First Aid (desirable).
Able to pass random Drug & Alcohol testing.

You must live locally. Applicants must reside in Broadford, Wandong, Seymour, Euroa, Benalla, Tallarook, Hamilton, Marchbank, Short or the nearby surrounding towns. Applications from outside these areas won't be considered.

Safety-first employer. Employment is subject to:

Verification of RIW status and rail medical fitness.
Pre-employment and ongoing random Drug & Alcohol testing.
Meeting all client and project-specific induction requirements.
