Administration Officer — Operations & Clinical @ Nursing Experts Services

$60,000 – $70,000 per year, 6-month contract → permanent

Are you an enrolled nurse looking to step into a support administration role where your clinical background truly makes a difference? Nursing Experts is a community nursing provider delivering high-quality community nursing and personal care across Sydney. We're growing our team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Support Administrator to join us.

Your pathway at NES

1 . Month 1–6 — Contract: Settle in, learn our systems, and support daily operations across clinical and admin teams.

2. Month 6 — Permanent offer: Transition to a full-time ongoing role for the right candidate.

3. Beyond — Growth: Real opportunities to develop into senior admin, care coordination, or clinical support roles.

About the role

This is a varied, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of operations and clinical support. You'll be a key part of keeping our community nursing services running smoothly — from coordinating shifts and managing client records to supporting our clinical team with documentation and compliance tasks. Your nursing background means you'll hit the ground running with clinical terminology, care plan processes, and the needs of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the Operations and Clinical teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinating and scheduling community nursing and personal care shifts
Maintaining accurate client records and clinical documentation in our care management system
Assisting with NDIS and DVA client administration, including service agreements and progress notes
Liaising with clients, families, and care workers professionally and empathetically
Following up on incident reports, compliance tasks, and clinical paperwork
Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new care staff as needed
General office administration including email management, data entry, and reporting

What we're looking for

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (or recently completed EN qualification)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident with technology — experience with care management software, Google Workspace, or similar is a plus
Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
A genuine interest in transitioning into an operations or care coordination pathway
Understanding of community care, NDIS, or aged care is highly regarded
