We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Yoga/Pilates Instructor to join our Anytime Fitness team. You'll play an important role in helping our members improve their strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall wellbeing while creating a welcoming and supportive fitness environment. The Role

You're passionate about movement, wellbeing, and helping people become the best version of themselves. As our Yoga/Pilates Instructor, you'll provide a safe, engaging, and motivating experience while supporting members of all fitness levels throughout their wellness journey. What you'll also do:

Deliver high-quality Yoga and/or Pilates instruction tailored to members' individual needs and abilities
Provide guidance on proper technique, movement, and exercise safety
Motivate and encourage members to achieve their health, fitness, and wellbeing goals
Build genuine relationships and create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment
Promote member engagement and contribute to a positive club culture
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training environment
Collaborate with the club team to enhance the overall member experience
Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with industry standards and club policies
Stay current with industry trends and continue developing your professional knowledge and skills

If considered for the role, you will be requested to submit these required documents:

Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Relevant Yoga and/or Pilates Qualification
Working with Children Check (where applicable)

About You

You're passionate about health and wellbeing and enjoy inspiring others through movement. You also bring:

Previous experience as a Yoga and/or Pilates Instructor is preferred
Strong knowledge of movement principles, exercise technique, and safe training practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate members
Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
Positive, approachable, and professional attitude
Ability to build strong relationships and foster an inclusive fitness community
Strong organisational and time management skills
Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
