We are currently recruiting for a Cook & Commis Chef. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. You will be responsible for: assisting the Chefs and Kitchen team, responsibilities will include: preparing and cooking meals, accepting deliveries, using and handling equipment correctly, applying effective stock rotation for all food items, assist with controlling food costs by controlling portion size and minimising spoilage and wastage, ensuring correct portioning and following standardised recipes, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, operating kitchen equipment and cleaning equipment and utensils. These positions are available to commence as soon as possible.
