Central Coast Leagues Club (CCLC) is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team. This position will report to Kitchen Managers. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes
- Monitoring and maintaining the highest food quality
- Maintaining cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen
- Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation and timely service.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior staff.
- Support the Kitchen Managers in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain compliance with Food Safety Standards and club policies.
- Monitor and support staff complaince with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ensure all dishes are produced in accordance with recipes, portion controls and presentation standards.
- Prepare, cook and present meals to a consistently high standard.
- Participate in stocktakes and cost-control initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within kitchen operations.
What we're looking for
- Cookery qualification (Cert III or Cert IV)
- Good availability across business hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required

- Salary Range: 68k-78k depending on experience.
