About The Role
As a Dermal Therapist / Dermal Clinician, you will play an important role in delivering advanced skin treatments and an exceptional client experience.
Your role will include:
- Performing advanced skin treatments including clinical facials, laser treatments, chemical peels, and customised skin therapies
- Conducting comprehensive skin assessments and creating personalised treatment plans
- Educating clients on homecare, treatment pathways, and long-term skin health
- Recommending professional skincare and treatment plans with confidence and care
- Maintaining detailed client records and high standards of hygiene and safety
- Helping clients feel supported, educated, and confident throughout their skin journey
- Contributing to the ongoing growth of the clinic, team culture, and client experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about skin, confident with clients, and genuinely committed to delivering high standards.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Hold formal qualifications in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Clinician studies, Nursing with dermal qualifications, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in advanced skin treatments
- Are confident with skin analysis, treatment planning, and product recommendations
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Care deeply about helping clients achieve their skin goals
- Have strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, professional team
