The Lumus Imaging team at the newly built Northern Private Hospital in Epping are looking for a Full-time receptionist to join our department working closely with a team of dedicated and skilled individuals. We offer a large range of services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Xrays, procedures, and mammography so there is lots of variety, and we offer mostly outpatient appointments but also make bookings for ward patients from within the hospital. The department has opening hours between 745am and 6pm and there is some slight variability in the shift times available. There is also some weekend work available with good renumeration for those who are interested.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk, and handling incoming telephone calls.
Managing radiology exam bookings.
Performing general clerical duties.
Efficiently managing patient records with exceptional data entry skills.
Maintaining courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
Handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
