CLEAN+ was founded in 1992 and is an Australian-owned and established brand in the cleaning chemicals manufacturing industry. We are a leading manufacturer of quality, value-added cleaning chemicals with a social conscience and a growing national presence (offices and warehousing in NSW, QLD & VIC). Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and self-motivated Customer Support Office to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As the Customer Support Officer at Clean Plus Chemicals, you will assist in processing incoming sales orders, coordinating deliveries and pickups with customers and multi-tasking across other operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

Processing incoming sales orders.
Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails to relevant departments.
Assist dispatch team with deliveries and pickups.
Help maintain a welcoming, organised and pleasant office environment.
Provide general administrative support to operations and office teams
Assist customer service team in maintaining accurate records, databases and filing

systems.

Skills and Experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
High attention to detail and reliability
Previous work experience is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with Bartender and MYOB software is a plus but not required.
