What You'll Do:
- Production Line Support / Daily review
-
Assist and help with corrective actions
-
Required sampling and testing of raw materials, products, machinery and production areas

Product Testing
-
Product Sensory
-
Conduct internal GMP audits each month in the warehouse, production lines etc
-
Assist other internal audits on site including HACCP, calibrations, pest control etc.

Management of the retention samples
-
Maintain Lab area and workspace to 5S standards while ensuring a safe work place
-
Adhere with all EH&S and Injury Management policies and procedures and ensure responsibilities as outlined in the General Mills EH&S Manual are met.
What you will bring:
-
2 years + experience in an Food Safety & Quality team within a multinational consumer food company and in a Multi-cultural environment

Computer literate – SAP, ERP system, Microsoft Packages
-
Relationship building, Influencing skills coupled with Strong verbal communication skills
-
Ability to grasp technical concepts
-
Degree in Food Science & Technology, Engineering or a relevant technical area
-
Experience in food, beverage or FMCG environment would be highly regarded
-
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and QA principles and application
