About Us:

Fire and Safety Industries is an Australian Company specialising in the manufacture, supply, and servicing of Fire Suppression Systems. Our head office is in Mansfield, Brisbane. We have branches and a distributor network across Australia and a growing network globally.

About the Position:

As part of our Regional Planning team in our Emerald Branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Assisting the planning team with scheduling service requests, customer communication, daily, weekly, monthly tasks and reporting
System data maintenance- uphold meticulous and accurate records of all maintenance work, service history to preserve client’s compliance status.
Collating and entering of data, preparation of reports
Planning labour resources for execution of maintenance major/minor projects
Developing internal weekly maintenance plans in conjunction with site clients/contacts and their maintenance plans.
Working alongside branch supervisors to assess labour requirements for planned maintenance activities/projects.
Align maintenance plans with client requirements to minimise disruptions
Ensuring parts have been sourced and ordered in a timely manner prior to planned date to prevent hold ups.

About You:

You will be great at data entry and have a high level of attention for detail. You will also have:

Some experience within an administration position, preferably in a service environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite
A collaborative approach, adhering to company values
Initiative-taking and a positive 'can do' attitude
Ability and desire to learn!
