About EESA:

EESA is an Australian-owned, power cable and accessories, design and supply company specializing in supply and distribution of medium voltage and high voltage power cables and applications. With more than 16years of experience servicing and supporting our customers in Australia across Renewable Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure, Rail, Resources & Construction industry sectors. EESA has been involved with over fifty renewable energy projects right across Australia and is currently looking to expand and further grow our business across other industry sectors.

As we continue our exciting growth, we are building a team with highly talented individual contributors. The Project Coordinator Role is one of many such roles that will be recruited over the coming months as we continue to build our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kew VIC 3101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):

Ideal candidate should have an intermediate ( pivot tables, vlookup) skill level in excel and fluent in using formating functions in word. Do you have that skill?
Do you have experience in co-ordination work of projects dealing with internal and external stake holders in construction or manufacturing or retail industry?

Education:

Bachelor Degree (Hons) (Required)

Experience:

Project coordination: 3 years (Required)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
