Job Title: Breakfast Cook
Location: The Munich Cafe
Hours: 15–25 hours per week

About the Role

The Munich Cafe is looking for a motivated and reliable Breakfast Cook to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work, and can deliver high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced café environment. This is a part-time position offering 15–25 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to a high standard.
Ensure food is presented consistently and meets quality expectations.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook, Line Cook, or similar role preferred.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Good knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and food preparation.
Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements
