Sales Manager - Banjo’s Glenelg

About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager to join the Glenelg team.

Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5:30 am and 6:45 pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more
Fast and friendly service
Managing the daily operations of the store
Supervising the Sales Team
Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
Training of new Sales employees
Opening and closing of the store
Merchandising products
Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work

What We’re Looking For
