We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
Enrolled Nurse (Permanent Part-Time, 32 hours per fortnight) to support our clients across supported accommodation settings. This is a dynamic role combining hands-on care with clinical leadership, working closely with Registered and Clinical Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (Operations) and working under the guidance of the Nurse Manager (Clinical), this role is a balance of:

50% clinical support

50% direct client care
You will play a key role in monitoring client wellbeing, supporting support workers, and ensuring best practice clinical care is delivered across services.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide clinical oversight within your scope of practice

Support medication management and administer treatments in line with guidelines

Assist with wound care, PEG/gastrostomy care, and chronic condition management

Monitor client health including weight, hydration, and clinical observations

Attend medical and telehealth appointments

Conduct care plan reviews and clinical reporting
-
Mentor and guide support workers in clinical procedures
-
Respond to changes in client conditions and escalate as required

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
-
Support daily living activities and deliver person-centred care
About You
You are a caring, adaptable professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
You will bring:

Current Enrolled Nurse registration (AHPRA) (Medication Endorsed preferred)

Experience or training in wound care, enteral feeding, diabetes management, and client assessments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead, mentor and support team members

Sound clinical judgement and decision-making skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach
