Casual Position with Future Full-Time or Part-Time Career Opportunities

We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Senior Front of House Team Member to join our bakery family in Echuca.

This is more than just a casual role. We're looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time leadership role as the business continues to grow.

As the face of Beechworth Bakery, you'll help create memorable experiences for our customers while supporting the day-to-day success of our front-of-house team.

This role requires availability to work shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm, including at least one day each weekend.

From helping customers find their favourite slice to sharing the story behind our famous Bee Sting, you'll be a key part of delivering the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and enthusiasm.
Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining high presentation standards.
Handle customer transactions accurately.
Share your product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
Support and encourage team members during busy service periods.
Lead by example, helping create a positive, efficient and welcoming workplace.
Work closely with bakery leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

A customer-focused all-rounder who’s positive and proactive
Barista experience, or keen willingness to learn and great customer skills
Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Available to work at least one day on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, along with weekdays.
