The Opportunity: Co-Director

Schedule: Full Time - Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
Location: Springfield
Hours: 38 hours with flexibility
Compensation: Well above award + monthly bonuses (fee/occupancy) + attractive share of profit + super

We are seeking a driven Co-Director to join Woodcrest Early Education Centre. In this role, you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence, we’d love to hear from you!

Must haves

A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
Current QLD Blue Card.
Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.
