THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll welcome members and prospects, drive new memberships, support fitness goals, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional member experience. Your key responsibilities are:

Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong member relationships.
Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships.
Follow up sales leads across phone, SMS, and email.
Support marketing efforts, club presentation, and daily operations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. You'll ideally have

Current First Aid & CPR certification
Working with Children Check
Proven experience in sales with a strong ability to build rapport and achieve targets
Genuine people-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills
