As a Crown Field Service Technician, you will enjoy variety, autonomy and daily problem solving as you:

Complete a 4-8 week industry leading training program
Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs of equipment in a dedicated territory
Perform planned and reactive maintenance, responding quickly to breakdowns and keeping customers running and downtime to a minimum
Manage your daily work schedule efficiently using our field based mobile technology
Accurately maintain important service records of work performed by you
Maintain your fully stocked service van
Be part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs
Join the leading forklift service business in Australia

All while being supported by an experienced team. Your role will play a significant part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance, safety and function checks.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

Mechanical aptitude, you enjoy fault finding and fixing things
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
Strong communication and customer service skills, this is a customer facing role in the Field
