What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the coordination and improvement of office administrative services while maintaining operational standards
Organising office resources, including staff, workspace, and equipment, to ensure efficient daily operations
Assigning administrative duties to office personnel and monitoring workflow and staff performance
Maintaining office records, business documentation, and administrative accounts in accordance with company procedures
Communicating with management, clients, and external service providers to assist with business operations and administrative matters
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, administrative systems, and workplace supplies to support uninterrupted business operations
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant company policies and procedures
Assisting with staff administration functions including payroll coordination, employee training, recruitment processes, and day-to-day staff supervision

What We’re Looking For

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in an office administration, office management, or business operations role
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Sound knowledge of office administration practices, record management, and business procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced workplace
