We’re looking for Bar Supervisors who are ready to grow with us, lead a team, and take pride in delivering great hospitality day in and day out.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee day-to-day service in the bar and restaurant
- Support the Restaurant Manager in training and supervising front-of-house staff
- Ensure smooth service, high standards, and a positive team environment
- Jump in on the floor or behind the bar as needed — lead by example
- Manage bookings, sections, and service flow
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced restaurant, bar or café
- Confident in both floor and bar service, with strong all-round hospitality knowledge
- A hands-on leader who can motivate and support the team
- Calm, organised, and great under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Based in or relocating to the Dunsborough region (accommodation not provided)
- Must have the right to work in Australia

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
