Southcamp is on the lookout for experienced and energetic Bar Supervisors to help lead our front-of-house team through a busy and exciting summer season. We’re looking for Bar Supervisors who are ready to grow with us, lead a team, and take pride in delivering great hospitality day in and day out.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee day-to-day service in the bar and restaurant
Support the Restaurant Manager in training and supervising front-of-house staff
Ensure smooth service, high standards, and a positive team environment
Jump in on the floor or behind the bar as needed — lead by example
Manage bookings, sections, and service flow
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced restaurant, bar or café
Confident in both floor and bar service, with strong all-round hospitality knowledge
A hands-on leader who can motivate and support the team
Calm, organised, and great under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
Based in or relocating to the Dunsborough region (accommodation not provided)
Must have the right to work in Australia
