Salary: $61,900 per annum + Superannuation

About the Company:

Metaline Engineering Group is a construction/engineering firm based in NSW. We are looking for a highly capable Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support our team with design, promotion and web tasks.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager to be the heart of our company. You will play a critical role in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and positively every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office administration, quotating, invoicing, scheduling, and client coordination
Oversee day-to-day company operations and facilities management
Organise company meetings and travel arrangements
Coordinate project documentation, filing, and record keeping
Create and edit marketing materials using Photoshop and Illustrator
Assist in building and maintaining the company website

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in office administration roles
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is essential
Basic knowledge of website building (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent in design, business administration, or related field is desirable

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience in engineering, construction, or related industries
Familiarity with Xero accounting software
Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g. Drum)
