Boral have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Western NSW Quarries Logistics Tipper team. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance to internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity primarily based out of our Talbragar (near Dubbo) Quarry.

Your day will involve:
- Overseeing company and contractor drivers including workforce management such as recruitment and leave
- Overseeing medicals and on boarding of Drivers
- Ensuring safety through Toolbox Talks, inspecting customer sites and managing CoR compliance and breaches
- Undertaking Heavy Vehicle inspections
- Investigating incidents and accidents
- Resolving public queries and complaints
- Utilisation of company assets and P&L oversight
- Stakeholder engagement with central allocations team
What are we looking for?
- A current and valid Drivers License
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and NHVAS regulations
- Background in Logistics/ Transport, Supply Chain/ Manufacturing
- Genuine interest and commitment towards learning and development
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Management is desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities within fast paced environments
- Good technological skills with the ability to learn new systems (Excel, telematics, payroll systems, etc.)
