Opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of rural properties across regional NSW. Working alongside a broad range of stakeholders, you will coordinate maintenance, compliance and contractor management activities to maximise asset performance and preserve property value.
The Opportunity:
Coordinate the operation, maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of rural and agricultural properties supporting the Inland Rail project
Build strong relationships with tenants, client stakeholders, contractors and local communities
Conduct quarterly property inspections and provide recommendations to improve asset performance and compliance
Manage service providers and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required standards
Support property acquisitions, onboarding activities and divestment processes throughout the project lifecycle
About you:
Experience in Facilities Management, Property Management or Building Operations, ideally within rural, agricultural or regional property environments
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, with experience preparing reports and documentation
