Job Description

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology.
Appropriate professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways
The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
Willingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)
Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
