About the Opportunity

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our team at Bracken House Hostel in the Western Region.

This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver exceptional, person-centred clinical care to older people within a supportive, well-established aged care environment. You will be part of a strong leadership and corporate support network that is committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

Bracken House aged care facility located in Dubbo, providing high-quality care to members of the local community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, team-focused approach with a strong work ethic
Experience working with (or willingness to work with) residents living with dementia
Openness to newly graduated or post-graduate applicants
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts and days
