Position: Full-Time General Practitioner
Location: Cure & Care Family Practice, Drouin VICTORIA
Cure & Care Family Practice is located in regional Drouin, Victoria and we are currently seeking a dedicated full-time General Practitioner to provide high‑quality general practice care, including the management of chronic diseases, and the delivery of preventive health assessments, and the performance of minor procedures to our patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment, delivering patient‑centred care that makes a meaningful and lasting difference to the health and wellbeing of our community.
The main duties to be carried out by the General Practitioner will include:
- Provide high quality general practice care to patients across all age groups, ensuring high‑quality, holistic clinical management
- Carry out preventive health assessments and screenings, with a strong focus on early detection and long‑term wellbeing
- Manage chronic diseases and complex health conditions, delivering evidence‑based treatment plans and ongoing continuity of care
- Perform minor clinical procedures as required within the scope of general practice
- Obtained current AHPRA general registration as a Medical Practitioner
- Has proven records of at least 24 months of clinical experience in a general practice
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term therapeutic relationships
- Is committed to continuous professional development, quality improvement, and adherence to clinical guidelines
