Full Job Description

Greenwich Specialist Consulting Rooms is a collaborative practice comprising a team of independent psychiatrists, all working together under one roof. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and energetic individual to join our team as a senior receptionist with the desire for progression to assistant practice manager role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating an efficient, patient-focused environment. If you're a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic professional looking to make a real impact in a supportive and collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a part time position. 3 days a week, 8 hour days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday varied hours between 7:30am- 6:30pm.

Pay increases with increased duties and workload Practice Manager rates $45>

Duties Include:

· Scheduling, organising and confirming patient appointments.

· Greeting patients, providing support and processing payments.

· Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and other correspondence.

· Ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

· Communicate with referring practioners

The suitable candidate will have:

· Experience in medical or dental reception or admin experience

· Experience with Halaxy with MS Office desired.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour.

· Impeccable organisational skills, with a great deal of attention to detail.

· Technology skills - proficiency with technology (including Microsoft Office) and ability to use technology to drive efficiencies and customer experience.

· Flexible with hours of work with hands on and ‘can do’ attitude.
