About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing builder and contribute to the successful delivery of residential and commercial construction projects. Working closely with the Director and Site Manager, you will administer construction contracts, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage contract documentation and variations, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contractual requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
• Administer construction contracts from contract award through to practical completion.
• Prepare, review and manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, the Director and Site Manager to support project delivery.
• Assist with contract variations, progress claims and commercial correspondence.
• Monitor project progress, contractual obligations and project costs.
• Maintain accurate contract records and project documentation.
• Support procurement activities and supplier coordination for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies and relevant building standards.
Skills and Attributes
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Contract Administration, Business or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in contract administration or construction project administration.
- Sound understanding of construction contracts, subcontract administration and procurement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
- High attention to detail with strong contract administration and document management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
