We prioritise building meaningful relationships with every student while delivering engaging, high-quality support across all subjects from Kindergarten through to Year 10.

YOUR ROLE

At Boost Tutoring, being a tutor is more than simply helping students complete their homework. You are a mentor, role model and source of motivation for every student you work with. We are looking for tutors who bring high energy, confidence, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

As a Boost Tutor, you will:

Deliver engaging, high-energy tutoring sessions
Build strong relationships with students and create a supportive, motivating environment where every student feels confident to learn.
Guide and support students from K-10 across English and Maths
Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback
Review and follow up on weekly homework
Communicate confidently and professionally
Bring a positive, confident and professional attitude to every shift
Represent the Boost Tutoring brand and teaching standards
Work collaboratively with the Boost Tutoring team, participating in team meetings, training and development opportunities when required.

WHAT TO SUBMIT IN YOUR APPLICATION

HSC Results & ATAR (or equivalent qualification)

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Consistent availability throughout the week and Saturdays
Currently studying or recently completed a bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
