We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pricing Administrator to join our Architectural team based in Clayton. The Pricing Administrator supports the pricing function across multiple customer channels by managing administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks that ensure pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and business continuity. This role plays a vital part in reducing pricing risks, enabling strategic initiatives, and improving customer satisfaction through timely and accurate price management. This role is well suited to someone looking to build their career in pricing operations and develop their capabilities within a structured, cross-functional environment.

Manage day-to-day pricing operations including price updates, maintenance, and Temporary Price Reduction (TPR) checks

Process customer pricing requests, including Builder CPC and Painter account pricing

Prepare and validate customer price lists, promotional data, and pricing reports

Investigate pricing discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Maintain pricing governance, including workflows, approvals, and audit controls

Track and manage service levels (SLAs) for pricing requests

Support monthly reporting across retail pricing, promotions, and customer pricing structures

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution

Assist with pricing system testing, enhancements, and process improvements

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Support promotional activities, price reviews, and broader pricing projects
Role requirements:
This is a junior to early-career role, suited to candidates developing their experience in pricing, sales support, or administrative analytics

1 year experience in pricing administration, sales support, or a similar analytical or administrative role.

Foundational understanding or strong interest in pricing operations, systems, and data accuracy principles.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate, v-look up) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with reporting tools and data extraction processes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Understanding of trade promotions, pricing structures, and customer account management.

Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or
- Equivalent experience in a pricing, finance, or operations support role will also be considered.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of pricing accuracy and timelines.

Support audit requirements, data verification, and compliance.

Identify opportunities to streamline administrative pricing processes and reduce manual work.

Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.

Promote a safe work environment.

Perform duties in accordance with PPG policies, safety standards, and The PPG Way values.
Complete tasks and objectives as outlined in the Performance & Leadership Plan (P&LP) and perform ad hoc duties as required.
