Crust Bakery is on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team at Crust! Current positions are for our Pacific Paradise, Minyama and Cotton tree stores. This role would suit someone interested in hospitality, coffee and customer service.
Hours on offer range from 20-30+ hours per week but this can change from week to week. We do have 5 stores based on the Sunshine Coast operating across 7 days, including public holidays. We would like someone who is willing to learn and cross-train across all stores, this will increase your opportunity for more hours as well.
You need to demonstrate good organisation, work well under pressure and work alone – you will be working by yourself most days.
Please ensure you can meet the following criteria when applying:-
- Hospitality experience is an advantage
- Coffee experience is also an advantage but can train the right person
- License and transport –lack of public transport especially early mornings.
- Feel confident working on their own and under pressure.
- Able to work and be trained within different stores - Minyama, Pacific Paradise, Cotton Tree, Kunda Park and Marcoola.
- Flexible to come in and cover shifts when other staff are unwell.
-Early starts 5am.
