About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day running of transport and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance, and delivering excellent customer service across multiple operational areas.
This role operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Process freight documentation including manifests, consignment notes, and run sheets
- Support scheduling, labour coordination, and timesheet processing
- Maintain accurate records across logistics systems (e.g. CBS, D365, Tollworks)
- Assist warehouse, fleet, and yard teams with administrative support
- Manage customer enquiries relating to freight, PODs, and bookings
- Liaise with drivers, contractors, and internal teams
- Support safety, compliance (CoR/WHS), and reporting requirements
- Assist with KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
