Chef de Partie (CDP) – Join Our Kitchen Team
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality food, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and working collaboratively within a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with menu planning and seasonal menu development.
· Monitor food quality and consistency throughout preparation, cooking, and presentation.
· Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in line with recipes and service expectations.
· Estimate food requirements and assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
· Work closely with management and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
· Share knowledge and demonstrate cooking techniques to junior team members.
· Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
· Support the training and development of kitchen staff where required.
· Assist with food preservation, storage, and stock rotation procedures to minimise waste.
About You
· Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
· A minimum of Certificate IV in Kitchen Management is required for this role.
· Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Passion for creating exceptional food and guest experiences.

Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,000.00 per year
