The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Gardener / Landscaper to join our team. This role starts as casual part-time, with the opportunity to transition into full-time for the right candidate. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on gardening, and want to grow with a developing business, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, planting, fertilising
- Hedge trimming and shaping
- Installing and planting shrubs, flowers, and other garden features
- Garden clean-ups and green waste removal
- Pressure cleaning of driveways, patios, decks, and pathways
- Deliver professional, friendly service to clients
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance
- Passionate about gardens and outdoor spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
- NSW horticulture/landscape experience is an advantage
- Australian working rights required
