About the Role
Casual | Registered Nurse | Deniliquin
As a Registered Nurse at Southern Cross Care, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality clinical care, dignity, and respect every shift.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care

Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs
-
Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards
-
Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims
-
Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For
-
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
-
Minimum 1 years experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting
-
Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
-
Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation
-
Availability to work varied shifts (morning, afternoon, night & weekends)
-
Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
