About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us in this exciting role to deliver comprehensive Occupational Therapy services across diverse clinical areas and settings, including outreach and virtual care.

As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Conduct patient-centred assessments, goal setting, treatment planning, intervention, education, and clinical care using evidence-based practice
Assess, diagnose, and manage clients within scope of practice to promote functional outcomes and wellbeing
Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans in collaboration with senior clinicians as required
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and support safe, timely discharge planning
Provide education and support to patients, families, carers, Allied Health Assistants, and other healthcare professionals
Work independently while seeking supervision appropriately to ensure safe, high-quality care
