About the role:

Enrolled Nurse

Deliver nursing care under RN supervision: medication admin, wound and chronic disease management, assessments
Support with personal hygiene, mobility, meal prep, and daily routines
Promote community participation and emotional wellbeing
Monitor health status and escalate clinical concerns
Maintain clear records and collaborate with clients, families, and care teams
Commit to continuous learning and uphold clinical excellence
Proactively communicate with the Director regarding risks or concerns

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in community, aged care, or disability support
Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and documentation skills
AHPRA unrestricted registration
Blue Card
Yellow Card
Police Check (within 12 months)
First Aid & CPR certificates
Proof of MMR, Tetanus, Hep B and COVID-19 vaccinations
Valid driver’s licence and a reliable, clean and insured vehicle
