The Role
This is not a receptionist job.
This is a leadership position inside the salon floor and operations engine of the business.
You are the person who ensures the salon runs smoothly, profitably, and beautifully every single day.
If the salon were a system — you would be the one making sure every moving part actually works.
What You’ll Own
Client Experience & Flow
- Own the entire client journey from booking to checkout and follow-up
- Deliver warm, confident, premium client interactions at every touchpoint
- Resolve issues with calm authority and care
- Ensure every client experience feels seamless and elevated
Revenue & Book Management
- Manage the daily schedule with precision and commercial awareness
- Identify gaps and actively support filling the book
- Help drive rebooking, retention, and client return rates
- Support retail and service revenue outcomes through awareness and action
Salon Operations
- Keep the salon running smoothly, organised, and fully prepared each day
- Anticipate pressure points before they happen
- Support stylists and the team so they can perform at their best
- Maintain standards, structure, and flow across the floor
Marketing & Client Communication Support
- Assist with promotions and content opportunities
- Support client communication, follow-ups, and reactivation activity
- Spot opportunities in real time to help fill the diary
Who This Role is Perfect For
You are likely already working in:
- Salon coordination or senior FOH roles
- Hospitality, hotels, or premium customer service environments
- Office management or operations roles
- Retail leadership or assistant management roles
And you’re ready for something more:

Bonus If You Have
- Experience in salons, clinics, hospitality, or premium service environments
- Leadership or assistant management experience
- A love for systems, structure, and improving operations
- Confidence managing client flow and team coordination
- A naturally calm but assertive presence
Compensation
- $30–$38 per hour (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses
- Profit-share opportunities for the right long-term team member
