Miami Bakehouse has grown from a single bakery café into one of WA's most successful hospitality businesses, operating across multiple locations with exciting expansion plans ahead.
We're looking for an exceptional Retail Operations Manager to lead the performance of our retail business across five sites and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a senior operational leadership position responsible for sales performance, customer experience, people development, and operational execution across a fast-paced, seven-day-a-week business.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth and profitability across all retail locations
- Leading a team of Managers and Assistant Managers who oversee more than 50 team members across the group
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences across every site
- Managing labour performance, productivity and operational standards
- Building leadership capability within your management team
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Maintaining compliance with company systems, procedures and standards
- Leading the successful opening of new locations as the business grows
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build capable leaders, drive sales growth, improve labour productivity and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience across every location.
You will be a key member of our Senior Management Team and play a significant role in shaping the future direction of the business.
About You
This role requires an experienced operator who understands the realities of managing multiple sites.
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple locations in hospitality, retail, food service or a similar high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience managing sales, wages and operational KPIs
- Strong coaching, accountability and performance management capability
- The ability to identify opportunities and solve problems quickly
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- High levels of energy, resilience and personal accountability
- The confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes
This is a highly operational leadership role. Our sites trade seven days a week from early morning through to evening, including weekends and public holidays. While you won't be working those hours personally, you must be available to support your management team when required and lead from the front during key trading periods.
This role is based from our Mandurah Head Office with regular travel across our retail network throughout the Peel and South West regions. For long-term success, applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Mandurah.
