On Point Catering Solutions Pty Ltd currently looking for a Full Time Restaurant Manager at Davistown RSL, Tidewater Restaurant, 19 Murna Rd, Davistown NSW 2251
Candidate must have:
· 2-3 years previous experience as a Restaurant Manager. (wait staff not needed)
· Be able to work within a team to continue to meet the high standards expected excellent communicate
· Relevant qualification of industry skills or proven experience
· Strong management and planning skills
· Attention to detail
· Passion for food and producing high quality dishes
· Driven to achieve high standard and efficient service
The position is required to undertake the following duties:
· Contribute to the business decisions of the Restaurant, considering the Restaurant’s culture, standards and procedures and contribute to the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals of the Restaurant.
· Work closely with the Chef in the smooth running of the Restaurant and planning of daily menus and the organization of special functions.
· Commit to a policy of continuous improvement both through product and performance.
· Control Stock and the achievements of financial targets
· Liaise with food & produce suppliers to maintain stock levels and quality product while keeping within the stated budget.
