Full Job Description

This is a hands-on role in a busy tank manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, turns up every day, works safely, and contributes positively to a small team culture.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the roto-molding of plastic products, preparing orders for delivery, and receiving goods and raw materials. Maintaining a clean and organised yard, machinery and workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing and finishing rotomolded products
Manual handling and heavy lifting
Loading and unloading products and materials
Documenting incoming and outgoing goods
Deliveries and collections when required
Maintaining tools, plant and equipment
Operating a variety of hand and power tools
Operating forklifts, trucks and other machinery as required
General yard and workshop maintenance, housekeeping

What you will bring

Essential

Valid Manual Driver's License
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Experience with hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks without supervision.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Highly Regarded

Forklift License (LF)
Manufacturing or production experience
Mechanical aptitude
Welding or fabrication experience
Truck driving experience
Experience loading freight and oversized products
