Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time VIP Bar Attendant to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a VIP Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and managing bar operations efficiently in our VIP area. What will you do?

Maintain a clean bar, confirm equipment is efficiently working, and verify all stock has been rotated and checked
Provide exceptional guest service to our VIP patrons
Manage bar food orders and ensure beverages are served in the correct glassware using the correct measurement of alcohol
Record all spillage and wastage of stock and properly dispose of items in the correct bin

More about you

Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
High attention to detail including personal appearance and hygiene
Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates required
Able to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
