As part of the Bunzl Group, Harvey Distributors specialises in offering cleaning chemicals, accessories and machinery for every household and industry. We work with customers to provide a complete sales, support and backup service as well as provide training on the safe handling and use of our commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
YOUR ROLE
As one of the front-line people in our Harvey Distributor business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.
Your main responsibilities include processing customer orders and efficiently responding to any queries, developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, expediting back orders, and maintaining and updating account details. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. You’ll also ensure communication flows within the Customer Service team itself to other areas of the business.

- Prior experience in any Customer Service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Admin capability and computer literate
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
