Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Casino Shift Manager, to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Casino Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks such as game protection, game selection, pricing, and labour allocation decisions. Oversee the entire table games operation during shifts, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures for game integrity

Conduct reviews of new games and technology, providing recommendations for improvements to enhance the gaming experience

Manage staffing needs by maintaining appropriate levels for operations, including rostering, training, coaching, and recruitment

Pro-actively address and resolve guest complaints and gaming disputes to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction

Lead and motivate the table games team by acting as a role model, fostering teamwork, and managing performance effectively

Experience in a gaming management role

Strong understanding of casino compliance frameworks and regulatory environments

Table Games experience (preferred)

The capacity to work with colleagues across a large organisation with strong commercial orientation

Able to work a 7-day roster including public holidays and weekends, in accordance with departmental requirements

Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
