Full Job Description

Maintenance & Landscaping Handyman

City to Sea Landscapes is a growing landscaping and maintenance company dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across South East Queensland.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our Brisbane team.

Permanent Full-Time Position Available

About the Role

As part of our maintenance team, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with general maintenance tasks, including minor carpentry and painting.
Monitoring, adjusting and maintaining irrigation systems.
Maintaining the presentation of sites, including landscape surrounds, pathways and car parks.
Regular garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weeding and mulching.
Monitoring plant health and implementing pest and weed control measures as required.
Working to a proactive scheduled maintenance program.
Completing site reports and documenting works completed.
Identifying maintenance issues and recommending solutions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance, handyman, landscaping or similar role.
Current Driver Licence.
Current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one.
Knowledge of horticulture and irrigation systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliability, initiative and pride in your work.
