We’re seeking Process Operators to join our team on a casual basis at our Yarranlea site (8km west of Pittsworth and 45km south-west of Toowoomba), working up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6am – 4pm.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end running of the food processing and packing line requirements. We’re looking for individuals who embrace challenges and are passionate about working in a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Performing pre-operative checks and equipment set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule.
- Working in High Care, Low Care and Boxing Room areas
- Machine operation and trouble shooting
- Following all work instructions
- Perform on-line Quality checks
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment
- Following all food safety regulations and SOP’s
- Assisting in other areas of the factory when required
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience with process work, food manufacturing background preferred
- Experience with HACCP and GMP
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures.
- Certificate 3 in Food Processing (desirable)
