What’s on offer?
Our Infrastructure Services Team is looking for their next Senior Project Engineer based in Dapto. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of civil projects throughout regional NSW, providing valuable exposure beyond metro delivery within a flexible and supportive workplace environment. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects and ensuring safety, cost, quality, and time targets are achieved while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
As part of our growing regional capability, you’ll bring a hands-on approach, working across varied project environments and adapting your communication style to suit different clients and stakeholders.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
Liaising with clients, community, council and service authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication aligned to regional expectations.
Managing client and subcontractor progress claims, EOTs, and variations.
Coordinating supervisors, site engineers, and subcontractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines.
Managing designers on D&C contracts and ensuring practical, buildable outcome.
Managing budgets and cost forecasts, including cost-to-complete tracking.
Programming and coordinating works to meet critical delivery milestones.
Identifying design and constructability issues and contributing to efficient, practical solutions.
Supporting the estimating team during tender phases, including scoping and pricing targeted works.
Travelling (as required) across regional NSW to support site teams and project delivery.
