Full Job Description

The Pizza Cook role requires a chef that can serve up pizza to our high standard and do so quickly and under pressure. We're looking for someone to step

up and run the kitchen on a day to day bases. You will work with the owner to achieve the tasks below plus set the tone for general vibes and work rates. A chef qualification is an advantage.

Responsbility:-

Preparing a variety of pizzas and other food items.
Oven tending and customer service
Hygiene and food safety standards

planning menus, estimating food / labour costs and ordering

monitoring quality of dishes at all stages from prep to plate

demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures

preparing and cooking food

explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

hiring and training staff

Skills and experience

Min 1 years pizza experience

Strong knowledge of pizza dough

Great communication skills
