About All-Dai All Abilities
At All-Dai All Abilities, we believe movement creates confidence, independence, and connection.
We are a growing allied health and ability services provider delivering inclusive, evidence-based supports across Melbourne’s south-east. Our team works alongside children, adolescents, adults, and older participants to improve wellbeing, participation, and quality of life through Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, community programs, and adaptive sport initiatives.
What makes us different is our real-world approach. We combine clinical expertise with community engagement, helping participants build practical skills, confidence, and social connection in environments that matter to them.
We’re building a team of passionate clinicians who value flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful impact — and who want to be part of something genuinely community-driven.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Exercise Physiologist to join our supportive and growing multidisciplinary team.
This role offers variety, flexibility, and autonomy, with opportunities to work across community, school, clinic, and group-based environments. You’ll support participants with disability, chronic health conditions, developmental challenges, and functional limitations through personalised movement and exercise programs that empower them to achieve meaningful goals.
This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building genuine relationships, thinking creatively, and delivering person-centred supports that extend beyond the clinic room.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct functional and movement-based assessments aligned with participant goals and needs.
· Develop and deliver individualised exercise interventions for clients across the lifespan.
· Facilitate engaging one-on-one and small-group sessions in community, clinic, and school settings.
· Prepare accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and NDIS reports.
· Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, schools, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
· Support participants to build confidence, independence, and participation within community and sporting environments.
· Contribute to innovative ability and movement programs delivered by All-Dai All Abilities.
· Maintain professional, ethical, and NDIS-compliant practice standards.
· Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development activities.
